“We are very happy with our new flooring - the process was easy, the customer service was very good and all our questions were answered. We were very impressed with the tradies who laid both our hard flooring and our carpet - they were great to deal with and did an excellent job.”

“Very helpful in assisting me to choose the best option, and the installers were very friendly, and moved my heavy furniture which was very helpful, as I couldn’t manage to do that myself. Also disposed of the old carpet, also something I couldn’t do. Altogether very happy :)”

“Before contacting Harrison's, I had approached another company for a quote and received absolutely no response. I organized another quote from a different company, their representative showed up but gave me the distinct impression I was wasting his time. Then I contacted Harrison's. Liz arrived to quote when she said she would, spent time listening to what I wanted, communicated with me frequently before the carpet was installed and made the entire process smooth and easy. The carpet layer himself was down to earth and had a great sense of humour, and most importantly completed the job to an incredible standard! Would not hesitate to recommend Harrison's to anybody! Thanks team 😊”

“Rep excellent knowledge of carpets. Very good advice given. Installer was excellent. Communication excellent. Went the extra effort to shape an off cut for us and store old lifted carpet as asked. Very efficient!”
