“From the initial in house consultantion, carpet selection advice, through to installation and after sales support. The Harrison’s team were on point and delivered an exceptional product and service. David did our installation efficiently, to a very high standard and also went the extra mile when we needed some after sales support. Will be recommending Harrison’s to all my colleagues, friends and family.”

“The customer service was my deciding factor between Harrisons and the local carpet firm. Harrisons felt like a family business and took into account our unique home business situation and were so polite and prepared to install over 2 days unlike the competitor who felt that was an issue. Price was not a factor.”

“Great service, good price. You stayed for ages and explained everything to make it understandable to noobs. Other flooring companies stayed for 5mins for a measure up and we either had to go to their showroom for products and advice in our free time or the person coming to measure was not knowledgable and unable to explain to someone that has no idea the differences between products and give advice.”
