Have a look at the top of the curtain one sides flat the other sides gots gathers. Is that the photo you have on your website to impress your customers . You will also notice the curtains are tucked back cos the width was measured incorrectly

Hi Eugene and Kershnee, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I understand that there is a lot of history to this job and I am sorry that you are not happy with the outcome. To achieve the least amount of light, and with the size of the rooms, this was the best solution. To clarify, the original measurements were 100% correct. We were under the impression that you were happy with the outcome, once we had added the additional cross over arms, as we had offered, at the time, a full refund, but you had said that you were happy with the curtains. No quality check on product. Joins puckered and lining longer than uneven curtains all the way along the bottom of the curtains (all of them). No communication from Head Office excwpt for delays and a bunch of excuses. Also trying to do hack the a fix despite the curtains being so short in parts there would not be enough fabric, let alone the fabric will be damaged. No joy at all in this $4,5k purchase- and that's with 40% off - something I would expect when spending thousands. Harrison's should be ashamed of their quality they sent out and their customer service with poor remedy even under the Consumer Guarantee Act. Definitely would not recommend! Lewis' or Spotlight much better in my experience.

Total lack of communication, no follow through with discussions. Would never use them again or recommend them.

Unprofessional customer service. I have waited over a month to have a measure up for sets of curtains. During this time Harrison’s have cancelled their appts twice. Last night they cancelled this mornings appointment, offering me yet another booking in over three weeks time. Who has to wait nearly two months just for the initial measure and quote? Going with another firm.

Harrisons made the curtains in our house 4 years ago and I now wanted to take them up as they were very long on the floor. They were great to speak with initially and quoted to do the work. I accepted the quote and a plan was put in place but just before they were due to arrive to take the curtains they rang and said their workshop no longer wanted to do this job and left me high and dry. Very very disappointed that they did not feel any responsibility for following through with their quote and seems they have no interest in post sales work.

Disappointed with both the product and the service. Blinds have started to break within just a few months of purchase, and customer service is lacking.

Terrible service, blinds not installed as installer refused to install blinds into steal plate. Had to arrange install ourselves to then receive full invoice. Would not use again nor recommend them to others.

Bought customised curtains from Harrisons 2020 september .. Noted has shading from sun now and it is very noticeable.. When contacted harrisons received reply is that is normal in nz .. Is wondering why to spend so much money on curtains if it is going to have shade in less than 2 years time ..

Would give zero stars if I could. Our consultant (Mel McHardy from Auckland area) blatantly lied to us about using a new workshop and being happy with the quality of their work. Put in the email with our quote that curtains would be ready in 5-6 weeks with this workshop (yes, I have that in writing). We had other quotes that were much cheaper but meant that we would have to wait months for new curtains so we elected to go with Harrisons. After 6 weeks sent a follow up email asking for an update on our curtains only to be told "oh sorry, meant to tell you - actually Harrisons had said 'under no circumstances' could this other workshop be used" so our curtains were going to take an additional two months! This was the first we were told about this and when I indicated that we were unhappy with that outcome have been met with complete radio silence. Appalling outcome - salesperson clearly lied to get our money and subsequent to that there has been absolutely no follow-up customer service whatsoever. Completely ruined any joy we had in moving into our first home. Avoid this company like the plague.

Hi we were not happy with our experience. Incorrect colour rails were supplied, the wrong size roller blind was supplied. Communication was poor.
