“Quoting stage was brilliant, Dan made a lot of effort to explain the product, why they were different, what else they could do for us and how the process would go. This was vastly different to other providers who came in, asked a couple of questions, measured up and left. I appreciated getting a folder of info and a quote on the spot with a significant discount (even if this is standard practice it made me feel valued). Installation was super fast and the guys very friendly. They arranged in advance when they would be here but an approximate time and also an idea of how long it would take would have been helpful too. Otherwise we are really happy and would recommend you guys to anyone we know looking to insulate or other.”

“THE PROCESS STARTED OFF SLOW, PROBABLY DUE TO WEATHER, HOEVER ONCE UNDERWAY ALL WENT VERY WELL WITH THE COMPLETE INSTALL ONLY TAKING 4DAYS. WONT KNOW THE END RESULT UNTIL THE NEXT POWER BILL IS IN. JUST NEED TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE INPUTS AND OUTPUTS A BIT BETTER. OTHERWISE A GREAT JOB WELL DONE”

“Initial consult was great then let down immensely by the chosen installers who postponed several times then only part installed as they said that measurements weren't taken properly so had to order more product, then we heard nothing back from them and had to constantly chase. In the end I had to ring our consultant who wasn't even aware that the install hadn't happened (I would have thought a consultant would have tracked this). I can't remember how long it took now but I think it was about a month of me chasing with the product being part installed. Then we weren't left with instructions on how to use it, so again I had to contact the consultant who emailed instructions and we've never heard from them again to see if we were happy. We had a heat transfer as well as I-Vent installed, but one of our bedrooms upstairs the air that blows into it through the night is so cold it's like aircon that I'd turn it off if I could, but I don't think we can shut down just one vent. We have less condensation so the IVent product is working, however all in all I would not rate or recommend Harrisons due to the experience.”

“I chose Harrisons for two reasons. 1. In a new and evolving industry, I wanted to deal with a company which has been around for a long time. 2. Harrisons use LG, which has also been around for years and has proven reliable. We built our system over a couple of years. We have 6kW of PV panels and a 10kWh LG Chem battery. It's working well.”
