“Didn't phone back when initially contacted, had to follow up. Did not turn up in time for site assessment, had to call. Was helpful on site but took ages to come back to us, had to call to find out that what we wanted to do wasn't possible, so asked for a price on what was possible and still have not heard back. Going elsewhere.”

“I had a mixed experience with Harrisons Solar. It went from outstanding communication and service initially to frustration with the level of service and lack of communication when the installer took over from the Franchise Owner. But at the end of the process when lots of things were changing Andrew from Harrisons Solar Manawatu stepped up and sorted everything and made sure everything was working how it should be. And then a couple weeks into my panels being all up and running I had problems with connection, and Andrew responded promptly to my panicked emails and got everything back up and running and supplied me with troubleshooting hints in case of anything else.”

“The product is great. The installers were great. The communication of the salesperson who set everything up was bad. he was hard to get hold of and didn't bother to check with us to see if we understood how the product worked or if we were satisfied with the service.”
