“I was very impressed with the customer service in sorting proof of my higher NCD than the usual upper limit of 9 years. I've had awful experiences in the past with well known companies. The Customer service adviser had a very friendly and relaxed demeanor and was a refreshing change from the seemingly obstructive companies in the past.”

“We needed to sort this insurance out at short notice had difficulty taking up a quote by a competitor who withdrew new policy applications due to the coronavirus although we had a quote reference a couple of weeks before, disappointed with them, never heard of Hedgehog ins but the online system was so easy and all documents available soon after, I hope the customer service is as good going forward.”
