I never resived my package

I ordered on the 14th of November and got the info that my product will be delivered 5-10 working days. Haven't heard anything since, and today (1st of December) I receive a feedback-mail from you about what I thought of your service. Since I haven't received my product yet I'm not pleased with your service. Please send me my product first.

J’ai essayée de vous rejoindre 4 fois via courriel et téléphone et je n’ai jamais eu de retour. J’ai commandée mes items le 24 Octobre et je n’ai toujours aucun numéro de tracking et aucune nouvelle de ma commande.

I am going to say terrible. I have no idea where my order is. I am hoping to get tracking details but so far have not. I ordered on Oct 17th and had hopped it would be here by now. PLEASE SEND ME SOME TRACKING INFO or at least an email.

I’m not happy with my order. Because I never received it. I send email about the problem. But they only told me to check with my neighbors and the post office,bc they don’t have a tracking number and they can’t help me. I did everything and email you back explaining that the item was never delivered and the return my money. But no one have contact me about this issue.

Damaged goods arrived (goods packed only in cardboard for international shipping seems irresponsible). Hello Baby offered a partial refund but then sent less refund than previously offered. When I queried this they asked how much I expected?! Just such a waste of time and slow, incompetent customer service.

I have not yet had a response to my query and I felt the tone of the customer service agent on the chat was very rude and unhelpful

Very poor quality item. Made it worse by squashing it into a smaller box. The post man left it behind the plant pot without telling any1. It was there for 3 days before we found it.

I’ve been waiting patiently for 8.5 weeks for my package to arrive. I have emailed and been asked to wait patiently for the product as it is international shipping. Having been given no tracking details or updates from the company I fear I have been scammed out of my money. Unfortunate

Very bad service from your company. I ordered this item on 6th Sept and it still not with me. I emailed you on 20th Sept and all I was given was the tracking number which only tells me that the Item was shipped by you on 7th sept, which is not very helpful.
