I have received my package which was damaged I sent photos and asked what I should do Received an automated email to say I should send photos I replied I already have I have heard nothing since Parcel is still here I tried phoning it tells you this service is not available Please tell me what to do The only emails I receive is asking me for a review I would rather you would respond to my query

This was to be my son’s first Christmas toy, same as mine...a wooden, toy train. It arrived to the States loose and scratched in the box. I sent photos and was told that they would replace it if and only if I returned the damaged one. The cost of shipping was so close to the price, I decided not to return it and just find him another toy. Then a couple of weeks later this “rate our service” email pops up...

Still haven’t received my delivery. Customer service is good with hello baby however it is very irritating that money has been taken from my account but still no delivery!!! Between hello baby and Royal Mail - just shocking. Will not be ordering again as the whole process has just been stressful. Weeks later and still nothing!!!!!!

Slow response which is only by email, which is frustrating when you have received such poor quality products. Eventually got resolved but still waiting for my refund.

I rate it with one star as I ordered sunglasses for my baby on 20.09.21 and I still haven't received it. On the yard almost November and I still don't have it. Please be aware that they take money and don't send the order to you.

Good Morning Elena, We are sorry to hear you have not been in receipt of your order. Unfortunately it was dispatched on 21/09/2021 on an untracked international shipment. The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse and couriers safe. You were advised to allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners that delays can take up to 25 working days on international shipments. I can tell you that your order is 28 working days overdue and therefore we would consider this to be past the estimated ETA. We would advise that next time you place an order that you select the TRACKED service at the checkout. However if the delayed ETA has surpassed we would then look into investigating this for you. We have many options and solutions. Perhaps you could contact our customer service who will be more than happy to help. Regards The Hello Baby Team

It took forever for the item to arrive and when it did the packaging was so damaged. It was meant to be a gift for someone but it was so damaged I couldn’t use it.

Placed a £615 order on September 5th. No idea when it’s supposed to arrive, zero response from Hello Baby. The telephone number does not work and there is no live chat. I would NOT put your money with this company as clearly there is zero customer service and perhaps I’ve been scammed. The review questions below do not apply given you don’t respond to ANY communication whatsoever. All the questions relate to a delivered item

I ordered a special therapy cup for my daughter weeks ago. I haven't received it nor have a received a response when I contacted the company for a tracking number to see if I could figure out where my package is. Pretty disappointing.

Sorry, unfortunately the delivery network has been under considerable strain due to current events, including Covid, delays and interruptions that occur. We try to work with couriers to limit the effects, but some circumstances are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

The bath seat is warped and does not sit straight. The packaging around it was nothing more than a plastic bag. When we received it, there were tears all over and the chair had black scuff marks. Not impressed. I have reported this to customer service with no response.
