Hello Diane, Regarding your issue, we offered a replacement or a refund but just needed proof of the fault you reported before we did this. In your instance, a return was not neccessary As you refused to cooperate with us and provide proof, we could not progress further with a resolution to your issue. We are still open to help you with this, but assume that since you have not contacted us further you have resolved this elsewhere. Item hasn’t arrived after a week, company aren’t really any help at all in chasing it with courier yet money has been taken. Not happy with service

The baby banz sunglasses arrived with a badly scratched lens. I have emailed twice about the fault but still had no reply. Very disappointed with the product and customer service.

I placed my order on April 18, 2022 and still have not received it. I contacted customer service and requested the tracking information but was told there wasn’t any. My order was being shipped internationally. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to ship an item internationally without tracking on the package. Very disappointed in Hello Baby. I will be asking for a complete refund.
