“Still waiting for a refund on a product I sent back as wrong size on 2/11/16, despite also paying out for another one with same company so at moment have effectively paid twice for one product . They tell me they have refunded yet no record of this with my bank or PayPal account. I've been more than patient waiting but getting fed up of chasing for the money now :(”
