“I ordered two items, to be shipped separately. Hello Baby charged my postage twice, but sent them in the same shipment. The consequence being that I was charged extra customs tax when picking up the parcel”

“I ordered from you expecting to get item within a week or so and its been about three weeks since I ordered. I will never order from you again. I was expecting to get Lamaze Captain Calamari Play and Grow Pirate Octopus for a baby shower and now the shower is in 2 days and no octopus. I am very disappointed. I will never order from you again.”
