“I bought this for my first baby granddaughter it is amazing it is exactly how the picture shows it the only thing I wish is that it had grips on the bottom where the butt goes because it kind of slip around a little bit but not too bad other than that it is an amazing bath chair I recommend it for anyone”

“Purchase an item that is supposed to be delivered within 7 days. It hasn’t arrived yet and the tracking link goes to a page that says the item can’t be tracked. Unless resolved within the next 24-48 hours, its unlikely that we will shop at or recommend Hello Baby.”

“Easy and fast shopping experience. Delivery to NZ was quick (used tracked shipping option). The only annoyance on the website was it often defaulted back to GBP instead of staying on my selected setting of NZD. Shipping costs are expensive, but not outrageous.”
