“Acceptable delivery time, good email service. The mirror is very easy to install, can easily be adjusted, flipped out of the way or entirely taken off, that's great. Only downside is that the mirror is a little convex so you don't have a nice, clear view of the kids in the back as everything looks a little distorted (like a fish-eye view).”

“Good service, good product packed well and shipped quickly - however that has been negated by the fact that they are currently spamming me with requests for a review. If you don't mind your inbox filled with messages from them buy. They will give good service. If you don't like your in box filled with junk - avoid them.”

“Up to standard, what can I say. Ordered on eBay, got few emails. Reasonable delivery. Didn't have any issues with goods, so can't comment on customer service. Happy with items.”

“You would of got a very good because the matteress is great however who ever you use for deliverys left the product outside our flat my partner is heavily pregnant so was at her mums and I dont get In until half 11 at night from work which means that it was sat in a bottom flat entry which is shared and may people and kids use it as a short cut so could have easily been stolen for fun or just to sell on no note left by the driver as state why it had been dumped normally I wouldnt mind but its going to be for my newborn child.”

“Good range of products available on their site which are appropriately priced. Was able to obtain further discount via TopCashBack (always a bonus!). Received the obligatory emails confirming the order and despatch. My only complaint would be the communication around delivery was very poor. Email confirming despatch did not include an order tracking number to refer to and for the delivery they only provided a 3 - 5 day window to go off. Fortunately I was home from work all week and was working on the house as the delivery van just turned up one afternoon (no text message/phone call on the day as some other places do). This wouldn't have been an issue if i had ordered smaller goods however I had ordered a cotbed and for something so big it would have helped to have some advance notice (something a little more specific than 3 - 5 days!) Other than that I can't really fault them and would mo than likely shop with them again in the future.”
