“I was told when ordering my expected delivery date was yesterday. 29th December. Still no tracking information received. Not sure when it will arrive. Contacted via Facebook and Twitter and no response to enquiry. I wouldn’t of minded if the date they gave was more realistic but don’t give a date for it not to be fulfilled.”

“The website was super easy to navigate, and I found what I wanted very quickly (and was distracted by some other lovely toys along the way too!). The item arrived on the date I had specified, was packaged securely, in perfect condition, and was every bit as lovely as it had looked on the website. The doll was exactly as described, and beautifully made. The icing on the cake was just how much daughter loved / still loves it (as you can see in the photos!) Absolutely nothing to complain about, wonderful service all-round. Thank you!”
