“I have been a customer of Herbies for several years which should say enough as a repeat customer. Every company has manufacturing defect rates, shipping issues etc. What separates companies is how they handle the problems. Herbies is awesome!! This year for whatever reason , my germination rate plummeted! I mean, really bad. It could be my fault but I did all the things the way I usually do. I contacted Herbies to let them know and ask if they had received reports of similar issues. I was thinking just a bad batch or storage or something . Fabulous Alice looked after me, we talked through everything , I gave her my methods and pics and the next email was notice that Alice/Herbies would be sending out replacements. I couldn’t ask for more and am so grateful to Alice and Herbies. Good people , good company! Don’t ever hesitate to be a customer.”

“I have ordered 3 times and on the last one the payment did not arrive on time and order was cancelled. After emailing explaining that payment was in the mail, order was was changed to awaiting payment and payment was received and items shipped promptly. Excellent response from personnel. Would certainly recommend and I placed another order.”

“Herbie's (not the US store) orders always get to me super fast (in the USA). Great packaging. I have had no issues with the cheaper shipping option. We always have better outcomes with out of country orders. Do your research. Worth every penny.”
