Fantastic service, delivered to my door in full within 9 days. Had a small problem with tracking but Amber from live chat sorted it in a couple of minutes.

I would avoid ordering from this site and look elsewhere. Visited the site for a first time. Ordered, paid for and when my package arrived there was a few gifts inside the package but no seeds. Informed Herbies of this straight away and also sent photo evidence as requested. No replacement order was offered or refund. It’s now been ongoing for almost a week and still no further forward. £254 down. I’d seriously look to order your seeds elsewhere like I’ve had too.

I had a problem with some of the seeds and emailed Herbies. They quickly responded and said they will replace the seeds that didn’t germinate. I hope to get the replacement seeds soon.

I have another company I always use with 100 percent germination rate....got this order from Herbie's and neither the purple punch auto or the gorilla glue auto took, ger inated then along with 2 seeds from other company and they both did fine...maybe I just got unlucky but this sucks I was really looking forward to these strains. Lesson learned I guess. Shipping was quick hopefully some of the others take for me.

I ordered 6 Girl Scout cookies seeds and they didn’t germinate for over a week. Then 2 did but they didn’t grow after I put them in soil. So I was sent replacement seeds. And after I put them in water for 12 hours. And then in a wet paper towel. The first seed germinated after 24 hours. And the rest germinated after 60 hours. So I am happy to say that they stand behind their seeds. And I am looking forward to seeing the plants grow and flower. And trying different stains in the future. And it’s good to know that I have a reliable source. That I can trust to order seeds from. And they have very good prices also!🙌

What can I say other than 10/10 for almost every aspect of dealing with Herbies. The only issue to let themselves down was the germination rate of the Bonus seeds. But, that issue was resolved by Herbies who came up with a solution to replace the seeds at no cost. You can’t ask for better than that. Purchased seeds germination rate is 100%. Their customers service is the best I have ever come across. They seem to pride themselves with ensuring that the customer is satisfied in every way. When you are dealing with a company on the other side of the world, it’s extremely comforting to know you are going to be treated honestly and professionally. Congratulations Herbies, you are awesome and your staff are fantastic.

Only one seed grew out of the many I ordered. Luckily I selected the shipping option 'cash on delivery' because that is the only way that you will get your order. The second time I ordered the shipment did not come at all, and the claims department keeps parroting the same phrases for two weeks now about how their policy prevents them from issuing a refund (which by the way is in breach of EU law, as the seller is responsible for your paid parcel reaching you). Don't be fooled by the replies by this company on one star reviews, because they are only lies. They will say something like "we already have contacted you"/"we have an ongoing conversation with you" but that conversation is basically them saying how they will not refund you because "the post office hasn't confirmed misdelivery". I wonder if any post office really takes so long to reply to a query. It seems like this company makes its profits by never returning the money their customers pay for shipments they never receive.
