“Had a very bad experience the Apple Betty strain of seeds from Herbie's. I contacted Herbie's and the sent me some replacement seeds. Im extremely happy with the response from Herbie's and I will definitely be trying Herbie's again I recommend Herbie's for all your seed requirements 👍”

“My seeds gave not come after a month. I contacted support. They gave me an email to use to contact someone. That email doesn't work. I just want my seeds. 😫”

“I've dealt with Herbies several times over the years and am quite happy with their offerings. In Australia, this year I ordered the Heavy Kickers mix pack for my outdoor grow. Unfortunatley, less than half of the seeds germinated (though all of the 7 bonus auto-flowers did sprout and are now thriving). After lots of back and forth with customer service, a new set of HKs were sent and arrived promptly (and as usual, very discreetly). All of the new set of seeds have sprouted, so I'm attributing the first batch to being old, or damaged in transit. However, the Herbies guarantee was gratefully accepted and I suppose you have to be ready for crop failure when dealing with living plants. Thanks Herbies. I'll be back next year.”
