“Herbies is FRAUD! I placed my order that never made it through customs. Was told for $27 it could be reshaped and the management team would send the link for payment. Ten hours later Nolan sends a Email that the order was cancelled for not being payed in time. $120 charge to credit card. STAY AWAY FROM HERBIES!!!!!”

“I would just like to say there customer service department was excellent. I ended up having a cancellation problem do to credit card issues.not on my end but violet in customer service handled the situation in a short timely manner and hooked me up with a couple of extra strains of pineapple chunk.on the house but gave me multiple choices to choose from thank you violet in customer support.the experience was excellent!!!!!.”

“Originally dubious as to the authenticity of this site,but low and behold I have received my glorious seeds around 14 days from order (from Japan!). Can't comment as to the quality as yet obviously but as far as the customer service and delivery side of this order...SPECTACULAR!! As an added bonus I even received some papers and a t-shirt..Thanks Herbies!”
