“I have used Herbies going back to 2015 and they always exceed my expectations. One time out of maybe ten shipments, my shipment to the USA was stopped by Customs. I contacted Herbies and for no expense to me they shipped a replacement package which I got. I have harvested many pounds, of plants grown from seeds they have sent me. Many pounds. Always grateful and pleased with Herbies thank you!”

“Asked me to change my first review. Which I won’t because of Failed delivery, gave me a credit, then want me to pay for shipping again. Instead of just sending the order out again. Guaranteed delivery? I ordered my seeds beginning of December and it’s mid February. Still no seeds. Be careful. Save your TIME and money.”

“Dealing with Herbie's Seeds has been an amazing experience! I'm a first time seed buyer. After Googling different places I was very impressed with Herbies website. Very easy to navigate, clear and enticing descriptions of their stock. Prices are very reasonable. I was already happy with everything and then bam I got a huge bonus of free merchandise at the end that I wasnt expecting! I reached out to Herbies via email a couple of times with some questions and they got back to me within several hours-even on a Friday night! One of the coolest parts of this whole experience was their stealth shipping. It was like getting a hidden treasure inside a puzzle and you had to figure out how to open it. I even got my co-workers in on trying to figure out the puzzle! I can't wait to see how everything grows. I am feeling very confident it's going to be a wonderful end to this great story! Can't wait to buy more next year! Herbies seeds is great! HIGHly recommend!! 😉”

“I could only give 5⭐️s to Herbies. Can not fault their customer service at all. Had a little issue with my payment, that was sorted straight away. Plus got 2 more bonus seeds for the hassle. Delivery was very prompt via FedEx.”

“Hello fellow Framers, I live in the USA and always order from Herbie express. This time I decided to order from Spain. They provided a tracking number and i was set. When my package arrived, I only received a letter that my package was intercepted 😞. I reached out to customer support and sent them a copy of the letter and they reshipped my order immediately and a few freebies for the delay. The only thing i had to do was pay the shipping. Herbies is official. I have no need to order from anywhere or anyone else, ever. Im a Herbie for life 😁🥦”
