“Herbies worked with me over a period of about four months to get my seeds. They got confiscated at the border twice and finally I got them at another address yesterday. The staff at Herbies worked with me and it was easy to stay in touch with them & communicate. And I’m happy that 4 out of five are starting to show a tiny tap root so I better get my pots ready today. They started to pop overnight in rainwater I collect for them. I like herbs because you don’t have to buy 10 of one kind of seed at a time. And they didn’t give up on me. Thanks Herbies for the great service”

“I definitely have mixed feelings about herbies my first order had got taken by customs it happens was not herbies fault fair enough and they replaced them no problems at all since they do guarantee your order if in stealth shipping so that was cool the thing I did not like about it is there was no information at all for around 50 days could get little to no answers I ordered around the 25 th of December and got my seeds the 21 of February but on a good note they did ship my new package out very quickly after the long clam period and the had arrived in about 14 days my advice would be to order your seed way in advance just incase something happens another good thing about herbies is the customer service was all 100% that alone is valuable one more quick note is they do no ship seeds in original packaging if u chose stealth mode that I did not like but they have done everything they said so far so I’m ok with that but it’s definitely a better feeling to have the original package so I’m satisfied with herbies and would order again my not with the strath and take my chances I have not popped my beans yet and am curious definitely of the germ rates will definitely cheak back in on that thanks herbies”

“Order 16 Gorilla Cookie seeds to Alaska. Got here in less then 2 weeks 😃And every single one popped 🦾 Looking really good too. For a beginner, I'm glad they germinated easily 😃”

“This was the first time ordering with Herbies, loved the range and prices. Package arrived quicker than I expected but unfortunately the seeds had been seized. Contacted Herbies who sent out another lot and helped with out of stock items. Sadly the second package was also seized. So really disappointed we didn’t get the seeds but very happy with customer service and happy we got our money refunded. Would have been 5 stars for sure if our seeds had arrived. Great range, prices and customer service.”

“First order intercepted but they resent it and it made it this time. I think reason so many get intercepted is cause it's sent registered mail. Unfortunately can't trust people to b honest about if package showed up or not n that's why they do it registered but I asked them to send it back same address in a card like it was my birthday n not register it just regular mail and if taken by customs this time I understood risk is all mine but showed up in 11 days this being the 5th package of seeds to arrive safely only one taken was the registered package. Replies to emails kinda slow but they r busy n shipping methods obviously not greatest but they made it right prices good n can't beat the free seeds bought 10 seeds for 62$ with shipping n got 3 free”

“Good websites, not so good customer service after ordering on 12/17/22,tracking now at 44 days with nothing in sight. I'm now told that they'll reship my order,but they request that I now provide them a new shipping address and customer name to insure receipt. Who is going to have their order shipped to another address under a different name,if I choose to have it sent to my name and billing address they won't honor the insurance or their guarantee,that's total BS!!!!. If your in the U.S be forewarned!!!!”

“I never got my order but it wasn't their fault my package was stolen but what I can say is when they tell you not to worry everything is being taken care of...you can hold them to that”
