“Good selections of seeds, fast shipping, and really enjoyed the free gifts, only thing that could be better is how it was packaged, it wasn’t very discreet and could easily be caught by costumes if they decide to open it up”

“Como primeira compra, e ainda sem resultados finais para poder dar as 5 estrelas. Mas me sinto por momento satisfeito pelos brindes e a aparente qualidade da encomenda. “Great products and fast service. Administratively, however, there are some issues: 1. On the website, I learned that signing up for free emails would get me free seeds with my order. After ordering and inquiring about the freebies, I was told it was not available for orders through USA Express. OK, but can you tell people this in advance? 2. I chose to pay via charge card, and was directed to a third-party payment page, which seemed to accept my payment, but then showed me an announcement that my billing and shipping addresses needed to match for payment to be accepted. I was able to clarify the address via Herbies customer service, but I never received a clear confirmation that my card was charged. 3. The notice of shipping that I received stated that a signature was required for delivery, yet the USPS delivered without a signature. Yeah this is okay, but it still confused me.”

“I've tried a couple seed banks that did not deliver I got ripped off but this seed bank herbies seed bank delivered on time and prompt I was very impressed and I will be ordering here again the only reason I gave them a four star is because I just received my shipment and haven't had time to germinate yet if germination goes five star baby”

“Great customer service and quick shipping. Some seeds slightly too small but I'll make them work. Was expecting stealth shipping to be actually stealth... they were wrapped in a dirty tote bag and fell out as soon as i opened package.”
