“Original order was confiscated by Customs. Herbies staff were very helpful and resent my order at no additional cost to me, using a different method. My order arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I can't comment on the seed quality because I haven't yet planted them but from an ordering and customer service perspective I would highly recommend”

“I received seven seeds; three failed to germinate entirely, and the remaining four are growing so poorly they are unlikely to survive. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with your products, though I have never encountered such problems with other suppliers. It appears you are selling expired stock, and I will not be placing any further orders with you. Update: I tried their seeds twice, and both times they did not work, wasting my time and money. They sent me a code for a certain number of seeds, but I had to pay extra to use it — clearly a scam. Out of 11 seeds, only 3 grew, and only one looked healthy; the other two did not last. I grew all the seeds in the same environment, so the problem is not due to my growing conditions. I have also ordered seeds from other companies, and they all grew very well in the same place. It also seems they use fake accounts to manipulate reviews, while in reality, they do not produce any new seeds. Now they are trying to trick me again, but the results speak for themselves. I will make a full video explaining the entire experience and scam, and I will share it publicly on my channel, Trustpilot, 430Magazine and Reddit. Conclusion: I do not recommend buying from this company.”

“I like these seeds. I had 2 figure out how 2 germ better and i did. I got my nutes ready to flower these things up. I'm going to buy more seeds if my ii-dee-ah pays off. My cannabis vineyard grew fast with herbies seeds. buy only from an authorized dealer.”

“I live in Hawaii and I am editing my previous review to a much more positive review with the customer service guidance I received through Herbies. In my situation I had a couple seeds that did not germinate and in that process Herbies was able to communicate with me and even provided me tips and guidance as a new grower to bring my seeds to life. Although two of my seeds didn’t make it, they were quick to act and deliver on their refund guarantee. They sent me my replacement seeds and I can’t wait to begin my grow journey with the guidance and direction of their expertise. Overall, shipping is a bit long but their customer service response time is really immediate and I truly appreciate it especially when having complications with a purchased product.”

“Herbies Seeds are the best in every way!! It is convenient to find and choose products on the site. It was really nice that the staff helped through the chat room and guided us on the event. When a problem arises and you ask, they immediately act for you. It's really trustworthy, and it's convenient to use the site and it's good to have a lot of information organized. The price seems to be reasonably well set according to the quantity, and the additional things that are provided as events are very good. I think I will continue to use this site in the future.”

“I ordered on a weekend and didn't expect the order to process until the week began. A shipping confirmation on Monday confirmed by expectations, and I expected to see it on Thursday or Friday via FedEx. I didn't expect it next day, on Tuesday. Incognito mode WAS incognito! Personal hygiene products arrive less so! I'm pleased so far. Let's see how wel they grow!”
