“I had a mishap with a couple of seeds. The customer service here is incredible and I could never ask for anything better. The seeds that I have gotten from them which is quite a bit LOL always come out to be perfect product except a couple times and they made it even better than my purchase. If you want top quality seeds at an incredible price with awesome customer service that has your back you're at the right place.”

“They sent me auto flower seeds instead of femized seeds. They were un willing to admit they made a mistake. Instead sent me a fake packaging video. Such a joke and will never order from them again.”

“Review is about buying. Easy to purchase, and check out. Had a small problem with shipping, but customer service (email) was able to resolve in 24 hours. Search engine on site could be better as navigation was awkward. Ordered: 6/4/2025, 23:03, received 6/9/25, 11:25.”

“Excellence! Delivery is fast and discreet, be ready. Their seeds perform wildly well for me the first time. My second time germinating didn’t go as well and I let them know. They stand by their service, so they asked my grow conditions to make sure I was doing it right. I was, and they offered to either send me replacements right away or a code phrase that would get me a free order (plus bonus seeds) in the future. I went for the free order since I’m well stocked with the first grow. The process was very professional and non-stressful. Highly recommend!”
