“got six seeds in total and i followed everything the soil water ph and humidifier room temp and everything not one seed sprouted. Not pleased at all. Thats 65.00 dollars down the drain. wont be ordering from here again”

“I had a poor germination in my first purchase, but Herbies have allowed me compensation even though I could not prove my failure. This is a lesson for others just starting. Follow the suggested germination techniques and document any failures. Chatting to actual people means the process is quick to resolve any difficulties or uncertainties.”

“I ordered seeds from this site, and the first shipment didn’t arrive. I contacted customer support and was genuinely impressed. They were polite, patient, and took full responsibility right away. No arguments, no excuses — they promptly sent a replacement. Throughout the process they stayed responsive, kept me updated, and answered all my questions. Even when I followed up multiple times, they remained friendly and professional. In the end, the order arrived without any issues.
