“Hi. After 6 months and still NO seeds i got a email from Yous today to say my order was sent to someone else and that person had received them. You have sent to the Wrong state and Wrong address and they have received the wrong order. I have tried to find out about my seeds so many time's just to be told they be shipped soon and i would receive a tracking number then. I have emailed you on numerous occasions and am still awaiting a response on when or if you will ever send my seeds.”

“When my wedding cake seed didn't germinate they were more than happy to send another one out to me! About 2 weeks later and my seed arrived, super happy. The only constructive criticism I have is that my seed wasn't labeled this time! Only a sticker with the number 1. Fingers crossed it still grows into wedding cake. However I would still definitely purchase through herbies again in the future! Easy communication and quick delivery. Thanks guys :)”
