“My order was stopped at customs and destroyed, contacted Herbies and they resent the order using a different shipping method. Brilliant customer service, and answered my questions promptly and professionally. Happy in Oz.”

“To start the saga I was weary at first ordering from over seas , then received my package within 8 days I was stoked only for a let down to find my order was seized by customs I was pretty sure I just burned money, after filing a claims report I was assured by customer service my order would be resent free of charge and an added stealth precaution would be added so without any anticipation I waited 8-10 more days and was So STOKED! They came through 4stars cause first package was seized”

“customs impounded my order 1085881. I was told I would receive a refund, however, no one would answer my several emails about this. I am very disappointed.”

“i bougth one strain and they told me after i pay that it was not avalible anymore, they replacement they send to me it have beaing the worse strain i ever grow the taste is just horrible plesa stay away from this multiple brand seed sellers go stray to the seed banks”

“Seeds didn't arrive because quarantine risk was too great. Seeds were resent differently and arrived quickly. Highly recommend.”

“Really good company to deal with, customer service team are really knowledgeable about the products they sell. Had some dramas with getting the seeds into the country which was sad but hey that’s customs for you and nothing to do with the company. The company was really good at dealing with the issue though they tried 2 more times with the order before giving me a full refund. Highly recommend paying the extra for insurance if you live in a country with customs that are difficult.”

“Do not use herbies if u are in australia I've ordered over 300 aud worth of seeds in 2 orders both orders stopped and both orders destroyed with no help from this site at all. By far the worst seedbank Australians can order from. First parcel was marked green tea? Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know customs will n take that one... last order came with an extra letter stating this is a known address known for illegal activity and to not order from them again.. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. much better seed banks for Australians to order from avoid herbies at all costs.”

“I had issues receiving my order as customs had stopped it so I contacted Herbies and they immediatley dispatcheda second order to me. This too was also stopped by customs so I contacted Herbies again where they dispatchedvia a different freight service (at a higher cost to them) and I received my international order within a week. very good customer service and very fast turnaround on replacement orders. Couldn'task for any more!”

“I have a huge Problem with my shipping. I've sent a letter with the cash and i put the wrong stamp on it. I've recieved nothing by now and the eltter is still on the way but the support is very good and i'm very satisfied. For now 5 stars but i am still waiting for my order so there still could be a lot of problems. But i hope there arent coming any more problems.”
