“The Customer Service Team were exceptional! i received my shipment within 2 weeks of ordering but it had been intercepted by Australian Quarantine. i got onto Herbies Online Chat and explained my situation. They had no hesitation in sending the shipment again, this time by FedX. I couldn’t believe it when it turned up 3 days later, fully intact, with a lovely white tie. Thank you guys!! Legends!!”

“It's hard work trying to find a decent seed supplier, so many fake web sites and rip offs out there. I'll definitely use Herbie again. Customer service is fantastic, the online helpers are great, thanks Nolan for your assistance with my order. Herbie's has no issues getting my second order organized and shipped after the original order was destroyed 😕 by customs. I can recommend you give them a try, they did everything possible to ensure delivery. Thanks again Herbie.”

“Our first shipment was intercepted at customs but Herbies was excellent and resent our order straight away with some tips on how to increase our odds of getting it through, and the second shipment got through with no problem! Relatively quick shipping too :)”

“I live in a country where it’s become difficult to get seeds sent to. Last year one package didn’t make it and I forgot about it until I was doing this years order. Although it had been almost a year, Herbies still reimbursed me for the seeds. This year’s package was also stopped by customs. Herbies upgraded the stealth and promptly re-sent it. It arrived safely. Everyone at Herbies was friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks again Herbies!”
