“I bought a green crack seed just to try these guys out and then it barely even made a flower like it tasted like leafs the bud did Then when I asked for something to make it right to give me my moneys worth I’m six emails into it now where they keep I think assuming I’m lying or something”

“God damn 3rd time I've typed this, stupid user friendly programme's. Well I'm glad herbies ain't nothing like there review shit. They were actually the bomb diggety, because even though I paid for insurance my parcel got pinched 4 times through normal post but I paid extra for better delivery and it was sweet. To be honest I'm a bit full on writing long stories not texts, so I thought they'd get the jack of me but they didn't, in fact they kept on wiv me peaking over shit but always took there time to explain things properly. And I don't have to say how they are wiv there knowledge on choof cause the proofs in the pudding. Just get online and look for yourselves and also when I was worried about security wise they explained everything and also offered a refund if I wasn't happy. I've never had a store worry more about the customer rather than the money there making. So yeah I definitely recommend herbies and if you get a chance to speak to Claims tell Gabriel or Nolan that Tim said gedday (hello). They'll help in a cool way and won't ever lead you a stray. Well that's from my experience anyway.”

“The Customer Service Team were exceptional! i received my shipment within 2 weeks of ordering but it had been intercepted by Australian Quarantine. i got onto Herbies Online Chat and explained my situation. They had no hesitation in sending the shipment again, this time by FedX. I couldn’t believe it when it turned up 3 days later, fully intact, with a lovely white tie. Thank you guys!! Legends!!”
