“I have had nothing but great service from Herbies :) One of my orders I had problems paying for, Herbies were there giving me support the entire time. Emails normally get answered within 24hrs which is good considering they are in another time zone and have lives. Here in NZ, there is no banks or credit card payment option so luckily I got told about Revolut from a friend. Revolut has made it so much easier, just simple transfer with a screenshot sent to Herbies. Pricing is the best especially if you go for packs and bonus seeds make it even better. Both of my orders have arrived with no issues, with the last one arriving within 4 days which blows my mind. The only problem for me is, when they arrive I want to start them all lol”

“I used the Bitcoin option for the 5% discount. The discounted total does not appear at checkout so I sent the full amount anyways. Then I got an email from a third party stating I didn’t send enough so they canceled my order. Now to get my money back I’m supposed to log into their account but it says I’m in a “blocked” region. So apparently the “discount” costs more than the regular option but it doesn’t matter since now I don’t have seeds OR my money. Oh yeah, don’t even think about speaking to anyone because in the “help” chat they say they dont do that.”

Hello, Thank you for the review. First of all, we do not have such thing as "blocked regions", we work worldwide. The bitcoin transaction may also include fees at the end of the service you've used to send the transaction, to which we have not referenced. We have currently not received the stated amount for that order, thus if has not been sent Respectfully, Herbies
