“Okay, I have f‘ed up big. I thought too much and everything got in great condition at my place. There was a Mishap on my Parts with the Way to pay; then somehow it changed to stealth ship, but they where kinda in their normal packaging. Then they put a lot of freebies and more seeds in there… all in all a Really, really, Really great Experience! I was a Hard and annoying customer on top and they handled it so well! Praise be the Service Heros of Herbies! (No really they deserve some Nugs)”

“So I recently bought some seeds and some were duds it happens from time to time never have I had such a bad experience turn into a good one I messaged the company and with in 10 min thy sent me a list of new seeds to pick from and thy even added in acouple of extra seeds never have I had this happen that fast usually the company makes it seem like you did something wrong but not herbies thy have amazing service and replaced them with no question asked by far best company around willing to work with people big and small”

“I have been growing cannabis since 2008. Usually I purchase my seeds from a Canadian seed bank. 3 out of the six seeds planted and propagated. I have a degree in floriculture and have a strong understanding about how to grow. I would like to get reimbursed for the cost of the 3 seeds that were duds, or replacement. Thanks”
