“Colis perdu on vous demande d'attendre le double du délais de livraison donc 42 jours. Mais ensuite il faut s'obstiner avec eux pour obtenir le remboursement. Depuis plus de 10 jours ont nous ris à la figure en nous disant que le remboursement a été émis d'attente 3 ou 4 jour ensuite 2 jours de plus ensuite que c'est fait mais nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le remboursement de la commande du 6 janvier 2024 rendu au 26 mars 2024 clairement une entreprise peu fiable et mal honnête.”
