“What arrived was a set of Allen wrenches in a case, I was furious and contacted Herbies! They explained this was stealth packaging and I needed to look in a hidden compartment under the Allen wrenches for the seeds I ordered and there they were. Great packaging and will update as to how the seeds harvest in a few months.”

“Bernie’s customer service is second to none. After receiving the fedex package I think within a week I first thought there had been a mistake as I didn’t see any seeds inside envelope. The same day ( today) I received the package I made an inquiry/complaint and within the same day I received a reply with the secret to finding the seeds. I can only be happier when they grow beautiful flowers my wife cannot find in florists, etc. I would highly recommend Herbies to anyone.”

“I ordered and paid for a seed to try and fedex delivered the package very quickly. However, there wasn’t any seeds in the envelope, but rather a frickin car key fob!! I sent them pictures of the envelope that was addressed to me and the fob. I have requested an immediate refund or I will file a formal claim with my cc bank disputing this mistake by this company. There are plenty of other legitimate seed shipping companies out there. Caveat emptor ( buyer beware for those who didn’t have to take Latin in hs.”

“I thought they sent me the wrong thing and I lost my cool on them, but after I spoke to them on email I figured out where it was at and apologized for losing my cool because everything was there! They also replied to me almost immediately.”
