“Customer service was very helpful when I was picking out the strains I ordered and when I followed the advice given I was very pleased with what I received. Prices I think are comparable to anywhere else I browsed but I am very confident in the high quality of the product so I do all my shopping at Herbies. Last year was the first time I tried to make a garden so I was nervous at first but everything went perfectly all the way from first contact down to getting advice all the way through.”

“I am only giving one star in order to leave a review. If I could I would leave negative stars. Herbies took my money and did not provide me with my order. They say that they did not get paid, but I have proof that they received the money from my account, not only that they received double the cost of the order. See attached picture of the transfer. Be leary of Herbies, I was robbed. At this point I would accept product or a refund, but I don't expect this to happen after a year of trying.”

“Absolutely fabulous communication within the team, we were very anxious about purchasing and whether it would arrive and they have. Still abit scared as the cost and guarantee that they will grow but I guess that's on us. These guys were so fabulous we ordered straight after the first order arrived. Wish us luck. Thanks heaps. Highly recommend If you have any reservations or concerns just email them talk to them!.”
