“I doubt if I’m going to work with your company again because now you’re telling me my order is delivered and it is not delivered. There is nothing on my porch. Nobody put anything on the inside porch for the whole day. I’ve had the outside door unlocked so 10 to one whoever was supposed to be delivering it either took it themselves because they knew where it came from or they delivered to the wrong freaking address which goes on quite a bit of time here What am I supposed to do about my delivery. I’m 75 years old. I scrounged to get enough money to buy the damn things so I could grow them in my backyard and now the damn things never got delivered. There’s nothing on my porch. There’s nothing anywhere and I can’t walk up the street to look on other peoples porches because I’m crippled , I can’t hardly walk around my house anymore. How do you expect me to walk up a hill. We need a solution to this. I’m losing $100 on this and I cannot afford it. Please backtrack or something and find out where the hell went.”

“I'm outside of Boston couple hours I ordered my seats five days ago I got them this morning good deal they help me every step of the way it was self-explanatory I didn't bother with it United States Post Office for the reason I had no problem Federal Express I would go back to Herbie's definitely I'm sticking with them they're a good company I gave them my bank account numbers and everything I knew talking to them and I read the reviews that they were for real good deal”
