“Shipping from Spain in less than 5 days across the pond. Well shipped. Started seeds differently than they require which scared me but I put into Root Riots and in less than 72 hours I had 100% rate. Looking forward to how they turn out as adults but extremely satisfied with what I got, speed I got it and how fast they germinated! A+++++”

“I’ve had great service before first order seeds all germinated but this last order seeds looked bad for some reason 3 out of 8 germinated let them know about it.Wouldn’t cover my bonus seeds either but the only 3 of 6 I paid for germinated so I will not buy again”

“Customer service is second to none! Friendly and helpful service. Herbies assured me that my order would arrive on time, and it did! I had some trouble in the past with a couple of my orders so I waited a year and Herbies still reimbursed 10 seeds from top four seed banks, even though the 90 day threshold was up. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“I ordered seeds and one seed didn't germinate. I let them know because the seeds are guaranteed. They wouldn't replace the seed because i didn't have pictures of the seed that didn't germinate. They lost a loyal customer over one seed.”
