“Super easy to deal with. Agent on the other end of the chat line was super helpful in getting me the free seeds which was an added bonus. Discrete packaging. Took the same amount of time to get to our shores as an order done at the same time from the country next to us 😅 Highly recommend!”

“Had a issue with one of Herbies seeds . Made contact with the team followed all instructions and the team although didn't have to the replaced my seed without delay. Great team when ever I've been looking for any special seeds as i make meds for friends the team have helped me and I must say out of about 6 or more years only ever lost one package . Thank you everyone keep up the fantastic work and stay safe.”

“I’ve had a very positive experience with Herbies Seeds. I’ve made 2 purchases from them with a few seeds not germinating however, customer service credited me and made things right. “I got my seeds so fast and had 100% germination. The plants are doing great and growing fast. I had a problem with my promo code so I chatted with someone who was a sweetheart and said she would throw in a couple free for the trouble. Which she did! It was great experience. Thank you!”

“I eventually got my seeds, but they were shipped from Spain, not Canada. I specifically asked if they were shipped within Canada and they assured me they were. If I had known that they would be shipped internationally, I wouldn't have ordered them. Lied to my "face", so to speak, so I won't ever use them again.”
