Ist mir erst in einen anders shop passiert, das ich die richtige Verpackung hatte, aber der ihnhalt leider falsch war, deswegen bin ich jetzt bei euch gelandet, weil sich alles sehr viel versprechend anhört. “I recently made a purchase from herbies. Using the paper towel method for germination(5 days) I ran into issues. I contacted customer support through the chat icon and had a brief conversation with 2 reps. My current situation was made right (as always). Bottom line, herbies has the best customer service!! Id recommend them to anyone.”

“I guess I made the mistake of making two orders at the same time. Got 2 identical black boxes with a separate order in each box. But did not put a packing slip in either box so I have no idea what seeds r what. 2 sets of numbers and nothing to tell me what the numbers r for each box.”

“I’m not a first time grower, but a first timer with autoflower seeds. Due to finances and housing, I got a pretty late start on my crops this year. I chose Herbie’s Seeds after putting in some online research and determined they were the ones I wanted to go through to try autoflowers. I purchased 4 Blue Dream Auto and got a GG#4 seed as a bonus. I took all the same steps I would with my photo period seeds (water soak, paper towel until tap root, etc.) but then hit a wall when it came to getting my seeds to sprout. I contacted customer service to see if maybe it was a bad batch if anyone else had encountered the same issues. I explained my whole set up (substrate, temps, ph, light, etc.) and it was determined that I had made a huge mistake by placing Miracle Grow seedling starter soil over top of Fox Farms Ocean Forest. The seedlings hit the FFOF and were confused by the change in density in growing mediums. (I’d never encountered this with photo period strains but like I said, it’s my first time with autos) I stressed to customer service that I wasn’t asking for a refund or replacement because it was my own doing but they insisted I choose 3 seeds from their seed bank to replace the ones I messed up. 1 of my Blue Dream made it and so did the GG#4 and they’re thriving. Now, let me point out that these folks were emailing me around the clock. 1am EST, 3pmEST, 12amEST.. it didn’t matter what time it was that I got back to them, they answered basically right away. Anyway, I’m currently awaiting my replacement seeds right now. I’ve purchased a LOT of things online in the past from top rated places like Amazon, eBay, Temu and Etsy and have NEVER experienced a higher level of customer service than I did with Herbie’s Seeds. They even answered my questions and took the time to research some stuff for me. If you’re considering purchasing your seeds online, do yourself a favor and don’t choose the competitors. Choose Herbie’s. They’ll treat you like a friend.”

“Had an issue with non germinating seeds that were free .I had another issue that went hand in hand with that and Alice spent an inordinate amout to time to help me.i would recommend herbies and Alice lol to everyone I know”
