“I placed an order 3 days ago and today my parcel arrived very discreetly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many extras I received for a relatively small order. The team is very professional and friendly, the 24/24 assistance is a luxury and the immediate response to any concerns are just some of the advantages you have if you buy from this site. I am very satisfied that I have ordered from HERBIES so far, I am waiting to see how the germination of the seeds goes and I will come back with an opinion in this regard.”

“The system that Herbie’s uses to process payments told me my cards weren’t working, to find out they charged my debit card and my credit card 2x’s each for a total of 280$ for one 70$ order. We’ll see if I get my money back or if they call it a win and keep it. Definitely need to improve the system to pay. Sad to say, I won’t be back”

Based on our records, there were two transactions both of which were canceled — the first one didn't go through due insufficient funds and the second one was declined due to the address provided not matching the billing address of the cardholder. “Will change stars if the seeds do what there supposed to. Only ordered again to get my replacement seeds only way to get them is pay for shipping again so why pay shipping on an order you paid for twice get something you want to try and Good luck to all who order.”

Germination issues are handled in accordance with what is stated on our guarantees page — in order to be eligible for replacements, photos of the failed seeds along with a description of the germination process have to be available. “They never opened during germentation process I’m very disappointed I spent 80$ on only 4 seeds more than I have ever spent for 4 seeds can you please send me some good seeds I still have faith in the company and hope they do what is right”

“I ordered 200 dollars worth of different auto flower genetics from herbies and love there business for many reasons 1.there customer service is absolutely amazing and quite useful 2.i got my order in a short period of time 2 days they were at my door 3. 100% germination on every seed over ordered so far the genetics are strong they grow healthy. There lokey shipping is completely ingenious look inside the items they send you! Much love herbies you guys are amazing I'm truly thankful for you!”

“Had a germination issue on my original order and after customer service was able to review my germination methods and conditions they promptly sent me out some replacement seeds. I have always had great success with Herbies seeds and was super happy that they were able to quickly remedy my issue this go around. I will definitely be back to Herbies next year for more!”
