“I placed an order 3 days ago and today my parcel arrived very discreetly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many extras I received for a relatively small order. The team is very professional and friendly, the 24/24 assistance is a luxury and the immediate response to any concerns are just some of the advantages you have if you buy from this site. I am very satisfied that I have ordered from HERBIES so far, I am waiting to see how the germination of the seeds goes and I will come back with an opinion in this regard.”

“The system that Herbie’s uses to process payments told me my cards weren’t working, to find out they charged my debit card and my credit card 2x’s each for a total of 280$ for one 70$ order. We’ll see if I get my money back or if they call it a win and keep it. Definitely need to improve the system to pay. Sad to say, I won’t be back”

Based on our records, there were two transactions both of which were canceled — the first one didn't go through due insufficient funds and the second one was declined due to the address provided not matching the billing address of the cardholder.
