“Unfortunately, the order could not be delivered; there was probably a problem with the address. The package was sent back. A reshipment was refused because the shipment apparently never arrived. A refund of the invoice amount was also refused, for the reason stated above and with reference to the terms and conditions. If it had been my fault, I would understand that. The correspondence also took place with various employees, apparently no one feels responsible for clarifying the order. What a shame!”

Hello Beate, Thank you for the feedback, it's very helpful! Based on the tracking information for your order, the package couldn't be delivered due to the provided address being incorrect. According to our policy, such shipments could be reimbursed once they return to our warehouse During order placement we fairly ask our customers to double check the address information. In addition to that, our customers receive automated emails with the order information at every stage. If any changes are to be made, the available agent will take care of the inquiry We hope for your understanding Respectfully, Herbies
