“Love herbies. Had 3 seeds not germinate, 2 of which i bought 1 i got free. I reached out to them and told them my experience and they sorted me out with 3 redelivered same seeds that didnt germinate. No hassles, just straight through process. Big ups to the herbies team. Yal are all stars. Thank you all🤩”

“Customer service second to none had an issue with germination couple of messages later and replacement package was on its way it was unfortunately seized by customs .. had a chat to the team and again new order on the way fingers crossed it gets here and even if not the seeds that did germinate out of original order are doing great and still have a long season ahead of them. Can't wait for a lovely harvest come march /april”

“Great products, and great customer service. Had an issue with a delivery (my confusion being the cause), emailed and got a response within minutes. Two more emails from me, and both responded to straight away. And my issue (confusion) was resolved. Could not be more impressed.”
