I ordered my seeds a few weeks ago and they came in the mail today. Well packed. I will not be planting till closer to Spring as it’s just the start of Autumn here so I can’t comment on the efficacy of the plants yet. I will do so at a later date.

One seed out of 7 germinated, and the seed that germinated is about 5 weeks in and is now looking deformed and is stunted, herbies did send me replacement seeds but they also didn't germinate. Will probably never buy from them again.

after 5 unsuccessful attempts to buy seeds from Australia. it was obvious that little effort was made regards stealth packages on at a least one occasion . It seems delivery to Australia is not as simple as they make it seem All round nice people to deal with and happy to refund

Made a mistake putting in my address when I placed my order. Herbies resent the order to the correct address with no charge. This is the kind of service that will have me making more purchases in the future.

Ordered seeds and they all popped but one. I emailed them and they tell me that they want a pic of the seed that didn't sprout. Who the hell takes a pic of an unsprouted seed? Wow it's just one and they can't send another without the pic. They wanna give me a code for my next purchase...WILL NOT HAPPEN. If i was trying to scam them I think I would try for 10 seeds maybe...not just one. WTH Herbies it's one stinking seed...is that going to break the company? U gained and lost a customer all in that one order

Seeds ordered in January. First delivery intercepted at customs. I was not notified of this and still have not been officially informed. Herbies very slowly and reluctantly reissued the order and sent package vie snail mail. Eventually arrived 30 th March unlabelled. Seeds cannot be identified. There is a combination of photo and auto so this is a real pain. Very disappointing experience . We are a small group of growers that have used other seed banks in the past and on recommendation tried Herbies - how wrong we were.

As for labelling - please do not worry, the seeds are labelled this way on purpose so the names of the strains won't receive much attention from third parties. Received 6 GG#4 and 6 GSC last fall to be ready this spring, all the GG popped within 30hrs but all the GSC’s haven’t popped been 15 days now. Hope at least a couple pop soon! Happy with the choices and price but when half don’t pop it’s not a deal anymore.

Customer service answers in less than five minutes. Order arrived on time with extra goodies inside. The product was packaged well and it took me some time to find it inside. I havent germinated them yet but so far so good. Love herbies.

The seeds came in discreet packaging in a calculator battery compartment. Unfortunately a lot were crushed as a result. We did have a few good that popped up but they didn't survive. It was my first time and i bought quite a few so I would be able to try again but since so many were crushed I was unable to do that.

The three seeds have sprouted and doing okay. However the two free ones failed to sprout even though they were soaked at the same time as the other ones.
