“Customer service is excellent. My first order got apprehended in transit (spewing I missed out on my fanny pack) but as soon as I spoke with customer support they were able to re send my order. Some of my original bonuses were unavailable to replace but were made good with similar rated ones. Hoping I get the high germination rate that’s predicted and that they are as potent as advertised. Was happy to have the product in my hands this morning, after a lot of stressing. Will review the individual varieties as I grow. Original order placed 02/10/25 received on 28/10/25 even with the first interception. Recommend not sending via the USA route. Will I do it again? Maybe.”

“got a package along with others as I had been away for a week .I opened one package ,had a small t shirt with ,no funny writing ,unsure why I ordered that .carried on opening the rest of them .after I finished there where these little bags on the floor .had to really scratch the brain .but I'm sure the t shirt was part of that, a fantastic idea ,great result cheers.”
