“I'm usually a herbies fan. But was let down after 5 of the seeds didn't sprout?? 10 out of 15 sprouted. And are doing well. Hopefully get a refund back from herbies. Otherwise there a great site and good selection. 👍 I recommend this site to all friends. Hopefully that helps.”

“I purchased a few orders all went through perfectly. Couple weeks later did another order which got Pinched via Customs Sydney Aus. I emailed Herbies as they weren’t moving from Sydney Customs. Herbies automatically seen this as I did. Herbies said wait a couple weeks keep contact via email and will send the same order through again free of charge. I was stoked then to also have them come within 8 days was fantastic. Always keep contacting Herbies as they were more than happy to make sure I got my order again. Herbies lost in the end with ther stock stuck customs Sydney. But they win in the End as I will keep purchasing orders through them as I have for the last couple years. Thankyou to the staff and the Well mannered communication between us. The pics below are Glookies Barney’s Farm I took before harvest and GG#4 Auto bonus seeds Herbies. I rate the Glookies 7 out of 10 and the GG#4 auto 4 out of 10.”

“I found herbies to 💯% back exactly what they say with looking after the customer and standing by their word .They are true to their word and sincerely honest when dealing with their customers which these days it can be hard to find .Im super happy to say I use herbies seeds and have total confidence in them when it comes to shipment absolutely no fears or question marks about herbies they are a legitimate customer based and focused company with their clients best interests and privacy at heart”

“Just received my order. I like the packaging , plus the gift. I was skeptical on the delivery because fed ex isn't reliable in my area. Herbies adds a statement to the package so you can leave instructions for the package drop off. This is a plus especially living in the rural areas. Haven't used any seeds yet. but will write a review when used. The chat assistants were very helpful and professional.”
