“I contacted the help team regarding a batch of failed seeds, first time this has happened to me so I was unsure how to go about it. Nolan was very helpful with fast response and understanding of my problem. After some discussion my seeds are being replaced with no hassles. Thanks Nolan for all your help. “Customer service is excellent. My first order got apprehended in transit (spewing I missed out on my fanny pack) but as soon as I spoke with customer support they were able to re send my order. Some of my original bonuses were unavailable to replace but were made good with similar rated ones. Hoping I get the high germination rate that’s predicted and that they are as potent as advertised. Was happy to have the product in my hands this morning, after a lot of stressing. Will review the individual varieties as I grow. Original order placed 02/10/25 received on 28/10/25 even with the first interception. Recommend not sending via the USA route. Will I do it again? Maybe.”

“got a package along with others as I had been away for a week .I opened one package ,had a small t shirt with ,no funny writing ,unsure why I ordered that .carried on opening the rest of them .after I finished there where these little bags on the floor .had to really scratch the brain .but I'm sure the t shirt was part of that, a fantastic idea ,great result cheers.”
