“I am an experienced, long-time grower. I ordered from Herbies for the first time this year, and had a few seeds out of a large order that did not germinate. I contacted them to let them know, in consideration of their advertised "guarantee," and asked for replacements for those (not even a refund). They refused because I could not give them a pic of the seeds that did not pop for me. Of course, it never occurred to me that I would have to keep them. After all, they looked just like normal seeds! So, buyer beware, folks. Take a pic, even if it's stupid. Or better yet, try a headshop with a more reasonable claims procedure. I will not be back.”

“My TD VISA master card was used for payment and even after checking with me said Herbies where fraudulent took considerable time to fix TD VISA MISTAKE Herbies handled it 5STAR or better TD VISA is a credit card O Have cut up”
