“They put my seeds in a Tshirt to go thru customs. Needless to say I did not get them. I got a pack with a child's t-shirt no seeds. Use a us based seed supplier they won't get your seeds to you”

“I haven't received my seeds yet so this review is based solely on my interactions with the site and customer service. The site is very easy to navigate and the descriptions are fairly detailed. A little more is always welcome, like what kind of climate the strain is from would be great. The prices are very very good with an amazing number of strains to choose from. How to choose a strain? That's why I'm writing this review. Herbies live chat customer service is hands down the best I've yet to encounter. Amber was the assistant I dealt with the most with a billing issue spanning multiple days and several emails. Amber went above and beyond relaying information to their specialist until we were finally able to successfully resolve the issue! If Herbies seeds are half as good as Amber is then I know I'll be very happy with them. Note to Management: Give that woman a spa day! She's most definitely earned it! Thanks Amber!”

“Herbies gained a customer in me til I die bcus I spent like a measley $35 & they jumped through hoops 2 help me & they came thru 100% of the time. I just got my beans yesterday & started the germination process this morning & they should be ready to cut down & hung up POSSIBLY by end of October when everyone else's will be harvesting too so I was glad about that bcuz I was so late this season that I just wasn't gna grow & then I remembered that Herbies had Hella good autos so I got them in perfect timing!”

“They advertise 13-21 days for shipping…. Received my order in freaking 6 days wow!(living in Canada) Everything was there and in good condition with the cool gift. From now Im in love with Herbies will reorder with you as soon as i need. You guys rock!! 🤘”

“First of all, these guys are awesome.. helpful with lots of info on their site. Amazing free seeds.. Quality seeds with very nice yield with the strains I got. I’m a very seasonal grower though I wish I could grow them full time.. I’m learning so much after each grow and the flowers are a bonus but having great experience. Thank you Herbies..!! Will be sure to get my seeds from Herbies once I’m out.. Thanks from Down Under..”

“I have made several purchases from herbies(U.S customer). I only had one issue with my seed’s getting confiscated by customs… but that’s the name of the game. Herbies did replace them and I received them the second time. I love there selection and the prices seem cheaper than a lot of other competitors. Will definitely be a returning customer.”

“7 days from order to delivery (5 days from shipping) to other side of the world. Stealth packaging was pretty basic considering the cost but it obviously did the job. Pretty expensive with stealth packaging and insurance costs but order arrived at a time when it is getting harder to find a vendor who will ship to my country.”
