“I placed an order for the desired product and needed a little bit of help with the payment transfer. The staff were more than helpful. Which helped payment get through successfully. As for everything turning up... it did with no issues. To be honest I didn't think it would be this fast. Everything I ordered turned up in a surprise gift. Thank you guys! I'll most definitely be buying from you again.”

“Australian customers should be wary about delivery. My order was destroyed by customs for the second year. Using a friend's name and address doesn't seem to help. I've been trying to get a refund for weeks but emails aren't being responded to.”

“Ordered several varieties and only one plant has germinated. Very disappointed. For reference we have been growing for 10 years. I would provide pictures but there is nothing growing to show”

“Living in Australia, I was concerned that the seeds would get stopped by customs, however there was no problem at all, and the seeds were delivered first time. Most of the seeds germinated, and so far are looking strong as to produce a good batch. Additionally, the price was quite reasonable for the distance it had to travel, and as the speed that it took to get here. All the way from Spain to my doorstep is impressive in only 7 days. Additionally the stealth shipping was very well done, and it was quite exciting to open it up and search for them. Overall, we're very pleased with our delivery and will be recommending Herbies to our mates if they wish to have a go at their own growing. Great service, highly recommend!”

“Can't wrap a parcel to save themselves. 3 times in a row their 'stealth' packaging has been taken by customs. Probably because its a $2 mask sent with $30 postage. Or that the seeds are just wrapped in the mask, not hidden in any way like the effort better seed companies go to. Customer service is just generic replies about how they are constantly improving etc. Probably their seeds are as weak as the rest of the operation”

“Payment process has been a nightmare. Took multiple attempts at different orders for the money to go through and now that it is paid I am still receiving messages from herbies that my order is unpaid.”
