“The shipping was very fast (5 Days ES-GER) Was packed good and comes with a few Bonus Presents. (Extra seeds & some more Bonus stuff) Prices are fair. The germinate quote is Like it should be (works all normally, If the diameters right) The Support answer my questions & helped me. Cant say something could be better. Thumbs Up & thank you, will Order again. (I am Not a beginner & ordered in different Shops since years, If you are undecided where to Order, herbies is a good choice) Best Greets Fabian”

Hello! Thank you for the review. We've just checked the correspondence between us and as we can see - there was indeed a germination issue with 2 seeds from your order. However, we've actually provided compensation (a special code phrase) which you're still able to use, even though it's been more than 2 years ago.
