“I'm giving a one star due to the extensive amount of trouble it took for them to validate sending me replacement for the 25 pack of SENSI SKUNK SEEDS that wouldn't germinate. This process, without any exaggeration started from 6/28/2024 - 07/31/2024. There are over forty(40) plus emails and photos stemming from, the start of germination until the final demise of the seeds. I also received with the order AMNESIA LEMON in which I germinated at the same time and are currently thriving to this day. I sent information on my process to germinate. "R/O water ph 5.5 on paper towel. Stored in a dark cool area. I am a seasoned Cultivator. The Amnesia Lemon had the exact thing and are already flourishing." Quote taken directly from email. I was denied the exact replacement pack. Instead, was given 15 seeds from Herbies selection. I even reached out to SENSI SEED Co. directly and was informed that "they couldn't be responsible for how a third party company stores and handles their product once the have it. Herbies company informed because the 25 pack value is lesser than 25 of their seeds I was awarded only 15 seeds. OVER 40 PLUS PICTURES AND EMAILS. I did receive the replace and a very speedy time frame. At one point the customer service persons said " sometimes it can take up to 14 days to germinate so give the time and contact us after that time frame." It has never taken that long, but I went along with her to no avail. This experience is true with all the emails and photos to support this. The customer service do respond quickly to the emails, however when different person respond they don't always check the previous email associated which causes the process to be tedious. What bothers me is they wouldn't return the funds, I didn't get a 25 count of seeds, and they refuse to reach out to SENSI SEEDS for replacements. I've tried uploading pictures but the system stated try again later. What a joke.”

“Fantastic company, even better staff. First off I can say their Original GG#4 is one of the most amazing strains I have ever experienced both in the garden and in the pipe. Second, I had issues with an order where I normally get photos for I door I got some autos and they acted like photos in pure veg nonstop. I figured luck of the draw or a bad label. I placed another order because their GG#4 is really that legit, and when speaking with them they got me to their support team who I had no idea their would even be a support team given the product but they were asking all the right questions with the utmost respect and when all was said and done they more than made everything right for me. I can say that I have made 3 orders so far, all of them I am completely satisfied with now, but more than that I found the strain that just says my name when I grow and smoke it. Thank you Ophelia, and thank you victoria. I could not ask for more in their customer service or their genetics and just to confirm no I am not sponsored to say this, no I am not AI, and this was not a solicited review I was really just that impressed with them.”

“Kann nicht empfehlen hier zu kaufen. Speedqualität lässt zu wünschen genau so wie der Umgang mit der Wahre. Wenn die Bestellung ankommt ist die Ware Teils auch noch beschädigt . Man versprach Besserung und Ersatz der Ware . Beides heiße luft”
