I have been using Hermes International (and UK service too) for years with never a problem. Our courier is friendly and efficient and the receipt of parcels is always completely satisfactory. Maybe we're just lucky where we live, both sides of the Channel, but I am totally happy with Hermes.

Bought one of Hermes' Shiny Lipstick Limited Edition in February 2023. As this is a Spring color, I just started using it. The smell was unbelievable. I have purchased other lipsticks from Hermes and even after a year of use, they do not have a smell. This one smells terrible. I called them up to report the problem and was told that a $74.00 that smells like chemical cannot be replaced. Essentially there is nothing they can do. I wasn't looking for my money back, but some offer of another lip product would have been nice. Terrible .

Products are so overrated, my delivery was very late and customer service was terrible. I will never be buying from them again. They are unethical, horrible company.. avoid at all costs

I used Hermès online store to order 2 scarfs as gifts. The scarves were received quickly. I was astonished when both scarves were stuffed in ONE box. When I called Hermès customer service the next day to purchase/acquire another box, I was told that it is not company policy to send/sell boxes and that I CANNOT get another box for gifting. I am SO disappointed as will be the recipient. I have received better customer service from discount stores. Please beware if you order multiple items for gifting, order separately! That’s what I was informed of retroactively. Thanks Hermès.

Filled in the form for pick up and delivery to me they went to collect it chap send it to big to put in his car it was 1mx25cmx30cm said he will send van week passed no parcel had to get money back took a week and a half with no use again parcel force parcel pick it up and delivered it in three days

Hermes need to address their seriously archaic delivery service. Their supplier (TNT in Australia) is about a decade behind in what constitutes personalised service. They won’t provide ANY time frame. Drivers cannot be contacted. No tracker. No contact if they don’t show They simply expect recipients to sit and wait. Which we did for 3days! Nightmare stuff, and big drag down for the Hermes brand. I can get better service from Target.

Just got this from my customer I’m afraid that this item has not been delivered due entirely to a very aggressive and unhelpful Hermes delivery man. He made an attempt to deliver the item yesterday when we were not around to collect it, and left a (not filled in) note. We tried to contact him today but he was extremely off hand and effectively refused to deliver the item today. We do not wish to have dealings with him again after this experience, and therefore we request a cancellation of this order and a return of the item to you. This is not a poor reflection on you, but the experience today with Hermes has been appalling and we do not wish to proceed with this transaction as a result. We ask that you recall the item and issue a refund. With all this I lose customer and money both,

Hermes delivered a cue whilst I was out. The driver thought it was ok to drop the package over the 6' fence. When I contacted Hermes, the response initially was to contact the original vendor. They would notify the "field manager" for an internal investigation. This is not my first poor experience of Hermes' service.

Goods lost in transit, goods arrived smashed, goods stuck in 'central sorting', never to be seen again. Sure, they are cheap, but beware, you cannot contact anyone, and you get what you pay for!

Absolutely disgusting from Hermès. The pairs of snickers are making terrible noise even when you just standing. They said it was nothing wrong. I will reserve my right to call ACCC and complaint. They don’t care about brand.

In July 2023, I purchased 3 pairs of slippers from the Hermes Paris store located in George V 42 avenue. In September 2023, I noticed that on one of the sides of the heel there is a gap that is deepening. On September 29, I received an email from Hermes advisors that it was my fault that they came off (see photo) and that there will be a cost of 115 Eur for the repair with a maximum duration of 6 weeks. I accepted this despite the fact that we cannot talk about a hit or a scratch, but simply that the material snapped. At my insistence, the slippers were ready in March 2024 and when they arrived, they looked like this (see pictures). I sent an email with my dissatisfaction and the fact that the slippers do NOT seem to be repaired by Hermes and I was answered by Mrs. Helene K. that the craftsman did his best and that the shoes were worn... when in the 3 months from purchase to bringing it in for repair? For a week I have been reporting and sending different emails and they tell me that they are sorry and that they can do nothing but send the slippers back to the service to be repaired... after they spent 6 months being repaired. I think it's an incredible joke and for a lot of money. There are so many big brands that assume these situations and it is a shame to persist in cheating on our own money. I am attaching pictures so there are no doubts :)

Hermes Germany This situation is just downright disgusting, and shameful. I come to the local parcel shop to pick up my package, and what do they do? Refuse to hand it over! The reason? Apparently, I don't possess an EU passport or a German ID. But I don't need one – I'm an EU citizen with a perfectly valid EU ID card. And guess what? It's not the first time this nonsense has occurred. The first instance forced me to involve the police. They advised me to bring a German friend along, and magically, I got my package along with an apology. Fast forward to today, and it's déjà vu. They called in the boss, and the guy said the same thing. Why? Supposedly because their high-tech machine only accepts German IDs. Right. But the absurdity doesn't end there. Turns out, that's a complete lie. Look at the Hermes website, and it plainly states: 'Eine Abholung ist nur mit Vorlage des eigenen EU-Personalausweises, eines EU-Reisepasses oder eines internationalen Reisepasses (gilt für Bürger aus Ländern außerhalb der EU) möglich. Auch ein bundesdeutscher Aufenthaltstitel wird akzeptiert.' So, they're not just disregarding their own rules; they're breaking the law. So I call the police again. And what happens? Nothing. The shop staff refuses to cooperate. The police call Hermes, and shocker – they blame it on fraud. Yes, because clearly, I'm a criminal mastermind plotting to nab my ASOS dress, armed with email confirmations and a perfectly valid EU ID. Nauseating.

After getting a little bonus I treating myself to a pair of sandals, not cheap but hoping they would last for a few years, how wrong was I strap gave way and when I return them they told me it would take 6 months to repair and also they would let me know how much the repair would cost . You guys have a lot to learn from other aftercare services with other companies .
