Actually the staff in Hermes is very haughty. This is the place where you feel yourself really bad. Like you are nothing. Better come and spend money in other place. Actually I don’t know what this brand think about them but actually no new styles for long long time. the brand of only 2 bags birkin and kelly. and nothing more. this is really great business model based on speculations. Actually there are several brands with limited production capacity but nowhere you need so wait long time to know about items availability. the sales mostly based on SA bias as i understand. don’t want to deal with them never ever.

I finally received my order 3 days later and my husband had to stay home because of a small nail polish, it was the last FedEx delivery attempt and the FedEx driver didn't want to give it to him or anyone else but me. I received 100 times more expensive things without such a hustle. If Hermes has such strict delivery options they probably need to provide an option to choose a time frame for delivery, because I doubt someone would like to sit in front of the door waiting for a delivery. I was supposed to receive my order 3 days ago, but couldn't change delivery to pick up at FedEx location because there was a restrictions placed for my order. If you order from Hermes be ready to fight to receive your order which you already paid for.

I called the Hermes store directly in the Short Hills Mall in New Jersey twice and left messages regarding a bracelet that I wanted to purchase.Never got a call back and no one ever answers the phone your told to leave a message.Very strange!!

The staff at Hermes Amsterdam store believes that they are so exclusive - they don’t care about the customer Compared to other luxury brands - Hermes is worse experience than a street vendor who does not care It took 40 minutes and nobody had even a care to answer one question that would determine if I would stay and wait I shop luxury brands regularly and I m never going to Hermes again Dior and Chanel provide incredible customer experience world wide Hermes is the opposite A combination of highly marked up merchandise, artificially created shortage of merchandise and complete lack of customer service - is not a good reflection on the brand

Horrible in-store experience! Today (5/12/23) I visited the Hermes store at the Short Hills Mall, Short Hill, NJ, to pick up a gift for my wife -- Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. I found the staff – from the guard at the door to the sales staff -- surly and not helpful. My intention was to get guidance on purchasing a variety of products that would complement the eau toilette purchase. Basic stuff - put a box together. I did end up with a nice looking, gigantic Hermes box with a bow, but with a single bottle in it. I had time and money to spend. Completely ridiculous – we’ll have good laugh about it on Mother’s day. Hermes – the product is good, but the magic is gone.

Ordered a belt for my girlfriend. Arrived fine. It was the wrong size. I returned the belt through FED EX and asked for an exchange. This is where the trouble began. I owed an additional amount for the new (wider size). I asked to pay the diff and have it shipped. (It’s past her birthday now by 2 weeks ). Each time I called , I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. I called 3 times. She called 2 times. I also emailed and asked the same. By the time we actually got a call, we were told that the replacement belt had been removed drone the cue and that they were out of this style. The replacement order had been confirmed and then cancelled. They said that they’d return my money and that I could reorder. What a mess. The customer service is broken. The people seemed untrained and simple. It’s isn’t their fault since they are in a broken system that doesn’t have enough help. Product is good. It should be , given the price $1000 belt. But what a shame that the customer service is so poor. Shame on this lousy company.

I purchased a Hermes Apple watch and very expensive overpriced Hermes leather band from Hermes website for my wife's birthday. The watch also comes with a black Hermes sport band. The sport band is so large it would fit a gorilla. When I contacted Hermes customer service by email they replied that it should have come with two sport bands, i.e. sm/med and large. I then requested that they send me the correct sm/med band. After not getting a reply, I initiated a web chat and the Hermes chat rep told me they only supply one sport band and that I need to go to an Apple store and purchase the right size. Totally unacceptable customer service from an overpriced designer brand. We've dealt with other designers in the past, i.e. Michele, Rolex, and Burberry and never had a problem. We'll never deal with Hermes again.

I purchased a necklace a few months ago, just started to wear it and the main clasp fell off, mind you, it's meant to hold charms so glad I didn't have one on as it's gone lost, its faulty, now I have an expensive leather string, I went to the store, no help they are sending it to Paris and said they may or may not be able to help but I will be charged, such bad customer service. I am a good customer, have purchased a lot from them, not a Birkin but enough other items, never again! Before this happened, I tried 5 times to purchase online and my order never went through, I called the 800 number and they said they couldn't help me. Hermes, it awful! Stay away

This company is a complete rort ! I purchase from many high end brands and have a lot of experience with these places but let me tell I’ll never be buying from this rort of a place again. I purchased a pair slides online then of course needed to return for a different size and yes I had never worn them , I returned them the exactly the way I got them but according to them there’s no chance and they will be returning them because according to them there’s water marks on them hahaha yep sure then try and call them to get the an explanation of where and how they have water marks good luck with that . But all good it only cost me $1k to learn never to shop from Hermes again clearly I’m not the one losing out here . Trust me do not buy from here, I wouldnt even bother going to the Sydney store that’s just a bad ! And isn’t funny how most of the reviews on here are very similar …Trust me much better options out there than Hermes

Horrible will never purchase from this company ever again. Went after a week to return a gift I got that I never wore, they would not take it back.. feel bad for my husband spending money in that place. So if anyone wants to return anything they will make up any eXcuse to not take back their merchandise….. so save your money!!!!!

The problem with Hermes Boutique is that they think they can get away with forcing people to keep their mediocre stuff. Their stuff are SO overrated! Not worth coming in and spend $ on. Yes, they make it difficult for you to return because they know people realize the stupid purchase they just did when they get home and will return them. This is the only way Hermes makes any sales.. most people I know regretted dumping any $ there. I purchased a belt and tried to exchange a week later and the store mgr wasn’t going to do it. I stayed in the store until they do. I wasn’t going to let no one forced me to keep anything I don’t want. Customer service is very poor. They have nothing to be snobbish about… their stuff are soooo overrated.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of $700 hermes sandals for my wife for Christmas. She literally tried them on in the bedroom and immediately noticed they were too small so she took them off and we returned the pair. A month later Hermes contacted me stating that they will not issue a refund because the sandals were not in their original condition. Complete BS and fraudulent and I will never ever ever purchase Hermes products and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other high value/class options out there with much better customer service.

Don't judge someone by how they look. You never know who has money to spend on designer items and who does not. I was in the process of moving and I had forgotten my appointment. I rushed to make the appointment, wearing jeans, sneakers, and a white t-shirt, and I was treated horribly. Disappointing.

Customer service is not worth the time you spend, writing emails, replying to theirs, lousy static phone # and agents that have spelling problems. Just save your time and effort. They are not worthy of respect given.

For once, my husband got an early start on his Christmas shopping and bought me a gift from Hermes on November 20, 2022. He gave it to me on Christmas Day. I needed to exchange it as it fits small. They refused to allow me to exchange it because it had been more than 30 days. They have no holiday return policy!! Literally every luxury retailer, including Cartier, allow for exchanges until the second week of January. Now I have a gift that is useless. Definitely not doing anymore holiday shopping with Hermes ever again.

I bought, based on the picture, 5 of their new nail files-online showed an orange box with two long nail files. What I actually received is a tiny white box with miniature sized nail files. At 45$, I should get what was online. Customer service was useless except to tell me I couldn’t return them as I was outside the return date, which I already knew. I was told to email, and received a stock answer. I have purchased many items over the years large and small- NEVER AGAIN1

I would say lets start with maybe a ZERO review. The product is over rated, I have travelled around the world, and there are nicer models and material quality than Hermes. Last time we visited Paris we tried to get an appointment in the store every day, and they kept saying sorry they don't have any availability. We decided to visit the store and the staff were so rude and self centered. I was turned off by the entire experience, and I would not return to give them my $$$. My $$$ is green, and I will spend it where I want, when I want. Hell with Hermes COMPANY, they treat people like S*** and people keep going back to them. let their product rot and sit when no one buys their over priced bags and products.
